The Importance of Real Estate Photography

I recently had photos taken for two of my properties.  I just want to take a moment to express how important using professional photography is when trying to sell your home.  When buyers are looking, 9 out of 10 times their search begins on the computer.  In a world where first impression matter, it is important for your property to look (as my friend Mel would say) SMOKIN HOT!  Below are the photos.  Both of these homes were built by Amarx Construction in Asheville, NC.  The photos were Taken by Olivia Marone of Olivia Marone Photography.  I highly recommend both the builder and the photographer.  Take a look and let me know what you think.  And as always if you are interested in any of these, or any other properties in WNC, let me know.
